Warren Dentist: I’m Dr. Gregory Apsey here in Warren Michigan. At 11270 13 Mile Road. Phone number 586-573-7700. And I’m talking today with one of my patients, Philip. He’s been a patient of mine for many years. And I just want him to give you his thoughts about our office. It might be helpful to you. Okay? Hi Phil.

Warren Dental Patient: Hi Dr.Greg.

Warren Dentist: How are you today?

Warren Dental Patient: Fine thank you.

Warren Dentist: Good. So tell us about how long that you’ve been with me in this office?

Warren Dental Patient: I’ve been with you since, probably 20 years plus.

Warren Dentist: Right. It’s been quite some time.

Warren Dental Patient: It’s been a long road. But it’s been a very enjoyable road.

Warren Dentist: We’ve done a lot with you over the years, right?

Warren Dental Patient: Yea we have. We’ve done braces and crowns and root canals.  I’ve had a fantastic journey but I still have my teeth, thanks to you and the staff here. It’s phenomenal. I’m still going strong.

Warren Dentist: All right. Well, thank you so much for being my patient all these years. And, so, what is it about the office? What are the things here that you like?

Warren Dental Patient: First and foremost is, you as a doctor. You’re very caring, very personal. You care about your patients. You care about each individual. You never get a bum’s rush, I’ve never received a bum’s rush from anybody. Even though you were, at times very, very busy. Oh, the staff is phenomenal. Your hygienists are phenomenal. Everybody in general is phenomenal. Even if there are different issues that come up, you’re willing to work with me, and if you work with me, you know for a fact over the years. My family comes here. My grandson has started coming here and my granddaughter will be coming here soon. We keep it in the family. It’sfantastic. We love it.

Warren Dentist: Wow.We love you too, you know. We feel like we’re family, you know, after all these years. We know you so well and it’s really nice that you trust us and that you’re here with us for all these years. So, thanks for being my patient.

Warren Dental Patient: Oh you’re very welcome. Thank you for being my doc, my dentist.
