Hi. My name is Lindsey. I work at Dr. Greg Apsey’s office in Warren, Michigan. I’ve been with him for 20 years, and what I do is the front desk. I answer the phone, answer your questions. A few things that I’d like to bring up is dental insurance. We do part, we do take most insurances. We participate with Delta Dental, Premier, Blue Cross, Guardian, Cigna and then we do take, like I said, most other insurances.  If you have any questions, you just call and give me the phone number for your insurances. And I’ll call and check it out for you and let you know your benefits. Then I will do the billing for you. You don’t have to bill your insurance; we do that all right here in the office. What we can do too is what’s called a predetermination. And what that is I send in the treatment that we want to do to your insurance, and then they send it back in writing. And it shows us how much they will pay, so you’ll know exactly what your copay – it would be that day. We do have a certain credit card you could apply for if you’d like. It’s called Care Credit. It can be used at other offices as well. Eye doctors and veterinarians take it. And it’s a year interest free they give you, for one year no interest. So we can take advantage of that if you’d like.
