Warren Dental Patient: I’m doing fine thanks to you.

Dr. Apsey: Well thank you. You just had your new crown put in right?

Warren Dental Patient: Yes I did and that was painless.

Dr. Apsey: Oh wonderful, very good.

Warren Dental Patient: Yes.

Dr. Apsey: And, so, how long have you been a patient here in my office?

Warren Dental Patient: Uh, 6 years I’ve been coming here, and I’m very happy.

Dr. Apsey: Great. So, what kinds of things make you happy about this office?

Warren Dental Patient: Well, I know that I’m not going to have any pain.

Dr. Apsey: That’s good.

Warren Dental Patient: Because Dr. Apsey is pain-free. I like the environment, soft music, it’s nice and clean, and I have a very kind dentist.

Dr. Apsey: Aw, thank you very much. Well, I enjoy having patients like you in my office. It’s been really nice. When I see your name on the schedule I have, it puts a smile on my face.
