Dr. Apsey: I’m Doctor Apsey. This is my patient Ethelyn. Can you tell us about your experience here at this office so far?

Warren Dental Patient: Oh, well first of all the office is lovely. The equipment is beautiful and everybody has been so efficient. And I haven’t even cried. Nothing has hurt.

Dr. Apsey: Oh, good. Good.

Warren Dental Patient: So, I’m 100% for you.

Dr. Apsey: Aw, thank you so much. Are you happy with your smile?

Warren Dental Patient: I’m happy with my smile.

Dr. Apsey: And we’ve been working through a few issues, but it looks like we are just about there, right?

Warren Dental Patient: Yep.

Dr. Apsey: Um, I’m so glad you are here.

Warren Dental Patient: One thing though, it’s getting better so I don’t have to come back. That means I can’t come to see him.

Dr. Apsey: Aw. You can come back anytime. You just pop in and say hi.

Warren Dental Patient: Oh. Okay.
