Hi, I’m Doctor Gregory Apsey here at my office, 7:30 in the morning in Warren, Michigan. This is my favorite time of day. I’m a morning person. But anyway, just wanted to talk to you a little about ClearCorrect. I’m sure a lot of you have heard about Invisalign and this is basically a way of straightening teeth without braces. We’re just now introducing ClearCorrect into our office and it is basically clear aligner therapy, same as Invisalign,but I kind of like the method of ClearCorrect.

I’ve chosen that one over Invisalign, because of the fact that it just allows revisions through the treatment. Basically, we’re using clear plastic trays, which fit over the teeth, which need to be in the mouth 22 hours of the day throughout the treatment time. But the trays are changed out every 6 weeks and they’re a little bit different, so each time the tray goes in, it’s going to be a little bit tighter, or it’s going to be tight again, and then the teeth will shift a bit. Then a new tray is placed 6 weeks later, and so forth and so on. So, though, many patients are better off treated with braces, we’ve been doing braces in this office for the past 20 years but, some people really want the option of, invisible braces. And so we’re so proud to announce that we’ve added ClearCorrect and we’re offering that to our patients.
