Warren Dentist:Hi Rick and Rhonda. How are you guys today?

Warren Dental Patient: Good.

Warren Dentist: That sounds great.

Warren Dental Patient: We’re doing fine, Doctor Greg. How are you?

Warren Dentist: I’m doing fine.

So, we’re just asking our patients their opinion of our office. And I think we’ll start with just, when did you 2 start with us? How long has it been since we’ve been seeing you?

Warren Dental Patient: I started seeing you in 1992. My daughter and I started seeing you then. Rick?

Warren Dental Patient #2: When you moved into this location.

Warren Dentist: So 1998, right?

Warren Dental Patient: 1998.

Warren Dentist: And you guys still come here?

Warren Dental Patient: Yeah.

Warren Dentist: That’s good. I’m so glad to have you as my patient.

Warren Dental Patient: We even refer family.

Warren Dentist: See? Thank you very much for all your referrals. I appreciate that very much.

Warren Dental Patient: And you get positive feedback from our family too.

Warren Dentist: Oh good. I’m glad to hear that.

Warren Dental Patient: Everyone likes coming here.

Warren Dentist: Great. Well what is it about this office? What are the things you like about the office?

Warren Dental Patient: I love coming here, because you all call me by my first name. You make me feel like I’m part of the family. Very comfortable. Not a number.

Warren Dentist: Yeah. That’s what we’ve always been about. I mean, we kind of like that. I never saw myself doing dentistry on a large scale. It just doesn’t fit my personality in that, and so, that’s the kind of patients that we have, are people that like that style, so. Well, I am really glad to have you as my patient, you feel like family to me too. It’s been nice know you guys over the years, so thank you.
